<インジケーター使用までのプロセス>

1. 当サブスクリプションを購読する

2.Gumroad上で発行されるライセンスキーとTradingViewのIDとCFTCインジケーター参加の旨をTradingviewのプライベートチャットからご連絡ください。

3. アクセス権を設定次第返信(返信は当日から翌日を目処)

4. インジケーター使用開始

5.トライアル期間終了と同時に使用を終了したい場合は、トライアル期間終了前にキャンセルしてください。(リマインダーメールが届きます。)　トライアル期間終了後も使用を継続する場合は、対応不要です。トライアル期間終了後の返金対応は例外として認められる場合を除いて対応致しかねます。

月額使用権となるため、一定期間使っていただいた後使用を停止し、再度使用開始ということも可能です。(その場合は使用開始の都度ご参加をお願いします。)

重要事項:

• Gumroadはフリートライアル期間終了後、当ランクの参加について前払いで請求を行います。
• トライアルの対象はStandardバージョン、Proバージョンいずれか一つのみです。
• トライアル期間終了と同時に使用を終了したい場合は、トライアル期間終了前にキャンセルしてください。(リマインダーメールが届きます。)　トライアル期間終了後も使用を継続する場合は、対応不要です
• トライアル期間の管理並びにサブスクリプションの購読管理は購入者の責任の下実施してください。
• トライアル期間終了後の返金対応は例外として認められる場合を除いて対応致しかねます。
• 毎月の請求日は、初回の請求日と同じ日にちです。
• カスタマイズは対応しておりません。
• ソースコードについては非公開です。
• 商品の性質上、返金は受け付けておりません。
• 複数回の決済エラーが発生するとGumroadによりサブスクリプションがキャンセルされます。その場合一旦インジケーターのアクセス権が停止され、決済エラーが解消された時点から再びアクセス権が有効となります。決済エラーに関しては決済手段提供元にご確認をお願いします。
• 当インジケーターの使用によって生じたいかなるトラブル・損失・損害について販売者/インジケーター製作者は一切責任を負いません
• 販売者/インジケーター製作者はインジケーター改善のため事前の通知なしにインジケーターの変更を行う権利を有します。

3. I will grant the access right on TradingView(usually within the same day as signup or next day)

4. Once access right given, you will be able use the indicator

5. If you would like to stop using the indicator after trial period ends, please cancel during the trial period(You will be sent a reminder email). If you would like to continue to use, no action needed. It is your sole responsibility to manage your free trial period and subscription prior to renewals. We are not obligated to issue a refund under any other circumstances, including instances where you forgot about the free trial period and/or the auto-renewal of your subscription.
